Compensation
This is a commission-only sales contractor position with exceptional earning potential. First-year representatives earn between 20-40% commission, with rates increasing based on performance and sales volume. The average contract value is $850, with commissions paid on the first-year value of contracts. While 80% of our representatives earn between $15,000-$25,000 during the summer, top-performing first-year representatives have the potential to earn over $100,000. The position's compensation is uncapped and entirely proportional to the amount of sales the contractor makes.
Daily Requirements
Your day begins with mornings free for personal routines and preparation. At noon, you'll join your team for a sales meeting (correlation) and training session where you'll discuss advanced sales techniques and communication strategies. By 2 PM, you'll be in your assigned area conducting door-to-door sales until dark, delivering 75-100 sales pitches per day. We maintain a six-day work week with half-day Saturdays and Sundays off. The role requires high energy, resilience, and a competitive spirit. You'll be selling residential pest control contracts (general pest and mosquito treatments) through canvassing – not carrying products or performing services. ● Someone who possesses strong interpersonal skills; able to build on existing and new customer relationships
● Someone who is a quick thinker and enjoys problem-solving
● We will help you obtain a Structural Exterminator License (we will provide you training material, help you study, and apply for the exam)
● G License and a clean driving record
● Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
● Interest in Pest Control
